For Hivernales, IGLOOFEST expand itself, more fun, and more family activities.

Each winter, IGLOOFEST brings together thousands of electronic music lovers to dance under the open sky in Montréal's Old Port. For the 375th Hivernales celebrations, IGLOOFEST will be adding some special free winter activities as well as two extra weekends of wild, woolly competition and Off-Igloofest nights.

This is your chance to discover the Village Nordik, an interactive circuit created by seven Montréal design firms sharing their vision of winter dwellings and offer a new twist on northern living! At Place Jacques-Cartier Pier, careen down an amazing slides inspired by the century-old design of the first winter carnivals. Don't forget the Nordik games on the final two weekends. The laughter is guaranteed during a dozen wild and crazy competitions. All ages will enjoy the famous Christmas tree toss, Human curling (don't ask, just go), Déneige ton char (shovel your car out) or Monte ton abri (install your winter shelter)! A dynamic, comical tribute to the joys of winter!
